Coach training and Development for Internal Coaches, Managers and Leaders

accreditation for individual coaches

More and more coaches, both independent and internal, are taking the time to go through a professional accreditation such as that of the ICF or AC.

Our coaches can offer support in the following ways:

We can provide coaches to help you to assess where you need to focus in your development
Our coaches can provide the written references that you will require for your application, along with feedback from those sessions if you wish
We run workshops on the process which you may attend free of charge if you are an internal coach or for a small fee if you are an independent coach
Our own coaches are trained in mentoring and/or supervision and are able to provide the mentoring required for passing the oral exams
We have experience in the process and can cut down your time in applying
All of our coach training can be used towards a portfolio application for accreditation
We can help you to set up reciprocal arrangements with other coaches so that you gain your coaching experience hours

We also run specific open events for corporate coaches wishing to formalise their training as a credentialed coach and occasional informational teleforums and meetings on the subject.
