Over 90% of respondents believe that when coaching is applied appropriately, it can positively influence the bottom line.
For effective coaching, respondents believe that managers need appropriate skills and that the organisational culture must be supportive of learning and development activity.
Line managers are the most likely group to deliver coaching initiatives in organisations, but fewer than 20% of respondents had ‘all’ or ‘a majority’ of their line managers trained to carry it out.

Therefore, to maximise the ROI in coaching, it is essential to create a climate where coaching is accepted and considered the preferred method of communicating.

Providing a variety of levels of coaching skills training allows for a rapid cultural change towards communication and teamwork creating an environment of improved personal, team and therefore company performance.
