This programme is a dynamic mix of an International Coach Federation approved programme with the flexibility to allow us to bespoke the training to fit your own business drivers, needs and aspirations.

We will work with you to ensure the programme reaches the required level for your trainee coaches, whilst keeping preparation times and therefore programme costs to a minimum, due to the existing wealth of material and experience that we possess.

All materials can be branded in line with your own corporate identity and/or training approach.

We deliver an innovative mix of multi-media blended learning materials that allow you and your coaches to design an individual training experience - a mix of face-to-face training, audio materials (delivered via MP3 player/CD/DVD/web), teleconferencing and one-to-one mentoring - depending on your aspirations, business environment and budget.

This programme was nominated last year by our client LogicaCMG as "Best Externally Developed and Delivered Training Programme of The Year" at the National Training Awards and was shortlisted in this category. It has also been featured in a variety of business and personnel press articles.
