existing & potential community projects

 

Some companies wish to be able to contribute to existing projects or to be given ideas about what is possible. We can support you in both, but still need to spend some time with you getting clear as to which ideas would be a good fit for your company value, brand and budget.

You can support these projects with as small or as large a budget as you wish. We have further projects on our list and are very creative at developing new ones! We can always help you to create a proposal for submission to your comapny or organisation in support of the project you wish to contribute to.

A benefit to contributing to an existing project can be that these are evry newsworthy and the press are already demonstrating interest in them making it a great brand name boosting opportunity!

An existing project that we are actively looking for sponsorship for is Coaching for Schools.

Coaching for Schools:

CSR projects that support our education system are hugely valuable in building your brand and Employer Brand. They also create enormous "feel good factor" because everyone can see clearly why this is of benefit to the community whether or not they have school age children themselves.

This is a project that would benefit hugely from both a large corporate sponsor to help get it well established and also from smaller contributors who wish to support a local school. You might choose to support a specific project - a dedicated website for instance; a specific programme - Personal Leadership for Girls for instance; or a specific school - a seminar, individual coaching for the head or even a change management programme. We will work with the school to make sure that the investment is spent wisely and in as sustainable a way as budget permits.

Coaching for Dads:

This is a project which we would love to see launched on the world! It is one which draws great passion and support from people with whom we share the idea. Whilst there are a lot of existing coaching projects for mums, we do feel dads deserve a dedicated coaching approach of their own.

The new millennium dad has a vast array of challenges to meet and through oour executive coaching programmes we have heard again and again that dads struggle to balance employer pressures, the need to be a supportive husband, a dad who is "there for" his kids and so on. Many men feel that they have totally lost touch with who they are at heart, their fitness and their emotions. None of thios bodes well for their own wellbeing and stress levels, their families or their employers.
