Business leaders have long embraced coaching as a means of creating reflective space in which to examine one's own goals, aspirations, values and performance. They use it not just to work on areas of weakness but to identify their own leadership brand and develop it fully; to decide on their ideal career and development path and as a confidential sounding board with whom to through around ideas that they have and form them into something they are happy to share with peers, staff and shareholders.
The coaches that we employ to work with heads are not usually educationalists by background - this helps us to create that reflective space free from our own ideas of how things should be done. Instead the coaches who work with heads have extensive experience in personal and executive coaching and are passionate about supporting personal leadership in others.
They all have experience of working on Leadership Development Programmes in FTSE 250 businesses.
And much of our work in schools is funded by business.

Personal and Leadership Coaching:
We offer individual coaching with certified, experienced coaches - the reflective, challenging space that you need in which to develop your own ideas and action plans.
We do not offer consultancy - none of our coaches will attempt to tell you the "best way" to do anything - that's your field of expertise. Instead we will help you to set clear personal and professional goals, create clear achievable action plans and then support you in the achievement process.
Personal coaching can be as specific or broad ranging as you wish and we offer a complimentary first session in order to set the goals for your coaching. If you cannot see the benefit then there is no obligation to continue.
Coaching Skills Training for Heads:
We deliver coach training programmes that help you to develop your leadership brand and your communication and change management skills.
Culture Change Programmes:
Creating a coach style culture is an aspiration for most businesses in this century for a great variety of reasons - it increases employee engagement, productivity, motivation, retention and reduces attrition, stress and bad feeling.
