The work of Coaching for Schools is largely funded by business. School examinations are at a record high and that is down to the work of heads and teachers. Coaching for Schools can enhance the personal attributes that employers say they currently value as much as numeracy, literacy and IT skills - great communication skills, leadership qualities, work ethic and personal responsibility.
