We will spend the time you need to set this work together on a firm foundation. You will work closely with a named project manager who you will find to be available and approachable. Our clients often select us on the basis of relationship - we are fun, passionate people to work with who will be fully involved in your project and open to your requests.
Your project may be small or huge - we can work with you whatever your size of project - or start small and build up. It might be an internal or external focus of project. Maybe you aren't at all sure what it should be yet - we can help with this clarity and be flexible as it develops.
Our professionalism.

Our coaches are members of the International Coach Federation (the only international independent body for coaches) and are all dedicated to the credential process within that organisation. They attend in-service training and have committed to their ongoing professional development.
Project management.
The bigger the project, the greater the reliance on project management for making it happen. We will support you with this and ensure that you have a single point of contact - your project's Lead Coach - with whom to keep track of things.
Our focus on relationship means that we believe that your Lead Coach should have sufficient time to be available to you and always up to date with your project. We therefore only assign very experienced coaches to Lead Coach roles and that person will have regular contact with our Director of Coaching on the subject.
Our existing project database.
Whilst we work with every client to build their own clear strategic CSR project, some clients wish to take a more simple route of supporting an existing project or one which is ready for take off. As part of our work, we have existing projects and ideas for projects that we would love to see happen. As part of our own CSR, we reduce our delivery fees substantially for these projects.
