All of the work we will have done with you in the early stages means that we will have clear success measures not just for the end of the project but for every step of the way. When aiming to build trust and credibility, it is vital that all stakeholders are fully informed about what is happening.

There needs to be alignment too between what is being said and what is actually happening. If for instance, the project is about building trust with the local community but employees feel that they are being misled on certain subjects then the original business driver of creating trust is actually damaged rather than helped along. This is why we believe that the set up is so vital.

Thorough reporting is therefore vital - be it to the press and/or to the various stakeholders involved.

With larger projects we recognise that support is a key issue. Individuals can feel like a lone voice in a large organisation. Like the long distance runner who needs to stay motivated when the finish line is not in sight, the sponsor of a larger programme needs to keep the end in mind. We therefore provide expert, supportive project management sessions for programme leaders. Your Lead Coach will be someone who shares your passion for your project and can help you stay plugged into the energy that provides.
