As part of our commitment to supporting the development of coaches and the coaching profession, we are launching an exciting new group specifically for internal coaches.
What is it?
A monthly meeting by teleconference with internal coaches from different companies. There will be a professional development theme each time - some learning materials on the theme and a lot of sharing of what works for everyone, what your challenges are and a chance to network with other internal coaches.
Who is it for?
It is exclusively for internal coaches who are looking to develop their coaching skills to a deeper level and learn new ideas and approaches. (i.e. it is NOT for those people wishing to start to learn about coaching).
How will I benefit?
Who is facilitating the calls?
Lisa Wynn is a Master Certified Coach and an assessor for the International Coach Federation credential system. She has trained and mentored internal coaches from across the world.
Katie Harvey is a Professional Certifed Coach and has worked as an internal coach herself at American Express and has mentored internal coaches in several countries.
How do I join the group?
Fill in the online registration form below and we will send you details each month of the following month's call with enough time for you to do some personal reflection on the subject before the session.
