mastery in corporate coaching

In line with the International Coach Federation's credential system, we offer Mastery in Coaching Programmes and Masterclasses for those who have existing skills and experience in coaching.

Mastery in Coaching is about a lot more than skills - it goes beyond techniques to create a transformative space where the coachee is totally uninhibited by the coach and yet the coach supports unlimited growth and potential in the coachee and for the organisation.

Our Mastery programmes are experiential, dynamic training experiences that allow the individual to evolve personally and professionally and that focus equally on Coachcing Presence and Coaching Approach. We run in-house programmes and also open training events.

We deliver an innovative mix of multi-media blended learning materials that allow you and your coaches to design an individual training experience - a mix of face-to-face training, audio materials (delivered via MP3 player/CD/DVD/web), teleconferencing and one-to-one mentoring - depending on your aspirations, business environment and budget.

Our coach training was nominated last year by our client LogicaCMG as "Best Externally Developed and Delivered Training Programme of The Year" at the National Training Awards and was shortlisted in this category. It has also been featured in a variety of business and personnel press articles.
