Our core Coach Training porogramme is approved by the International
Coach Federation.
-
This
programme is the only specialist Internal Coaching programme accredited
by the International Coach Federation. Delegates who graduate from this
programme will receive our ICF approved Diploma of Internal Coaching
and can go on to take external certification if they wish with the International
Coach Federation. Those delegates who have gone on to take this step
following this programme have been given the feedback that they are
coaching far in advance of the required level for Associate Certified
Coach (ICF).
-
Your
course director is Lisa Wynn, who is one of only a dozen Master Certified
Coaches in the UK and an assessor for the ICF’s international
coach credentialing process.
-
Whilst
the programme is approved by the International Coach Federation it also
maps onto levels 5-6 of the EMCC competency framework and significantly
exceeds ILM Level 7 requirements. Details of the ICF’s competencies
are in the appendices and the mapping of the programme onto the EMCC
level 5 and ILM Level 7 are available on request.
-
We
do not believe in waiting until the end of a programme to find out how
useful it has proved to be. Participants will therefore be asked to
give feedback on the standard, depth and relevance of the programme
and to measure their own progress throughout the programme so that we
are constantly measuring impact and adjusting accordingly. This allows
121partners to continuously monitor the quality of service that we are
delivering and to maximise impact on the participating councils.
-
Further
quality assurance comes in the form of group and individual supervision
for the training team throughout the programme. As we ask the course
participants to “walk their talk”, we expect the same from
ourselves and are looking to always enhance our own focus on performance,
accountability, creativity, teamwork and customer focus.
