Mentoring
for In-house Coaches
"If employees don't trust their employer, or don't feel they are being treated fairly, this will be reflected in their lack of commitment.
A good line manager makes people want to come to work in the morning. It is this that will gain trust from employees, reduce absence and improve productivity.
It makes good business sense to ensure line managers are trained to motivate, communicate and engage with employees."

advanced coach training
Once trained, it is important to provide your managers and internal coaches with an ongoing level of professional development, both in terms of the company's benefit from coaching and in terms of retention - coaches tend to be dynamic people who demand a high level of training and development in order to keep their own professional expertise moving forwards.
At
Corporate Potential, we have a variety of ways in which we can support
your internal coaches in this development:
International Coach Federation accreditation:
In an unregulated profession, the International Coach Federation (ICF), provide an excellent professional development framework for coaches at all levels of experience. The credential system creates a system of peer review and career development for coaches as well as an exam system that adds credibility and kudos to your internal coaches, in addition to enhancing their effectiveness and career development. We can provide workshops and individual support towards this system. Our coaches are ICF credentialed and our Director of Coaching is an assessor on the ICF exam process sow e are well placed to provide this support and professional development.
Masterclasses and Workshops:
We can provide interactive advanced coaching skills workshops on specific themes or generically on coaching skills. From half day to extended programmes, we can enhance their effectiveness and their enjoyment of their coaching:
Individual and Group Mentoring and Supervision:
According
to the CIPD only 23% of companies who employ internal coaches also support
them with mentoring and/or supervision. We can work individually or
in groups with your intenral coaches.
