Our Certifed Coach Training programmes are uniquely challenging and professional:
Lead
to external accreditation with the International Coach Federation:
They are delivered in alignment with the International Caoch Federation (ICF)
and are designed to enable the participants to sit the Associate Certified
Coach designation exams at the ICF. This gives internal coaches the recognition,
confidence and kudos that is often missing for them.
Every hour of the training will count towards this prestigious professional award and our trainers are ICF accredited themselves and are examiners on the ICF exam process.
Bespoke around a core curriculum of
the coaching competencies:
Our coaching programmes are individually tailored for you
around a strong core curriculum that takes the coaches from their starting
point through to mastery in coaching as defined by the International Coach
Federation.
Each coaching competency is progressed through from foundational level through to advanced level.
Optional add on specialist topics:
On top of the above core curriculum we will tailor required
additional modules based on your business challenges, aspirations and company
culture. We can add on team coaching, leadership development, measurement
of coaching, coahc mentoring and other modules.
A very personal touch:
From the very beginning, you will have a single contact at
Corporate Potential who will work with you to develop your coach training
programme. This person will be your project manager for the initiative and
will be on hand to answer questions, receive feedback, and to help to build
this programme into your overall coaching and talent development strategy.
Delegates will have a Personal Mentor whose role it is to be there for just-in-time support and to follow the individual's progress and development through the programme as well as to have scheduled individual coaching and mentoring sessions with them.
Your programme participants will have access to a passworded area of the Corpoate Potential website with additional course materials, audio coursework and recordings of all teleconference calls. All of this is in addition to an extensive course manual.
