Lisa Wynn MCC

Lisa Wynn - Master Certified Coach

Lisa is a Master Certified Coach (International Coach Federation) and works with clients across the world to create lucrative, fulfilling businesses and companies. She has helped to train over 400 coaches and delivers advanced coach training programmes and coaching masterclass workshops.

Lisa is a qualified Coaching Supervisor, an assessor for the ICF credential sytem and a Business Mentor for the Prince's Trust.

As a coach, Lisa’s strengths are her ability to see straight to the heart of the issue, her courage in asking the question that needs to be asked and her ability to generate creativity and a sense of possibility in the most difficult of circumstances.

Her specialism is in partnering with organisations to create and build world class internal coaching services and sustainable supervision services for those coaches.

Zoran Todorovic MCC

Zoran Todorovic - Master Certifed Coach

As a Master Certified Coach, Zoran Todorovich assists his clients in unlocking their personal potential and maximizing their professional performance, while creating a balanced life. Zoran has a B.A in Journalism and a B.A. in Business Administration with franchising specialisation. He has completed his coach training at Coach University where is currently working as a Senior Trainer and Mentor Coach. His entrepreneurial track record includes: creating and selling two very successful franchise businesses and operating his own franchising consultancy firm.

As a coach Zoran's strengths are: his entrepreneurial and international franchise background, marketing/promotion and attraction savvy, keen intuition, huge amounts of creativity and "edgy" attitude, a great community of resources and people, a big heart, compassion, excellent follow though and peaceful and happy life with lots of learning. His coaching practice is international with clients in more than 12 countries around the world. He coaches corporations, dot.com companies, entrepreneurs, professionals and artists.


Katie Harvey PCC

Katie Harvey - Professional Certified Coach
Head of Mentoring and Supervision

Katie Harvey is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation, an NLP practitioner, a qualified Coaching Supervisor and holds a BSc in Psychology. She has over 2500 hours of coaching experience both within corporations and with individuals and will be applying for Master Certified Coach accreditation in March of 2007. Katie trained with CoachU with whom she is now a designated Professional Mentor Coach, mentoring new students as they go through their training. She is passionate about standards in coaching and for that reason is on the Board of Directors for the UK ICF.

Katie has worked with clients within companies such as Orange, BBC, Microsoft, Eaton, Honeywell, Forward Thinking Inc., LogicaCMG, Natmags, BT and Accenture. She has also worked with many individuals within the NHS and charities such as The Terence Higgins Trust and Care International. Clients describe working with Katie as “So professional that as a client I feel safe to explore and challenge myself much further than I would alone” and talk about her style as “insightful, warm and highly dedicated”.

Edwina Neale is an experienced and fully accredited coach who has inspired many individuals and organisations to achieve business excellence and personal fulfilment. For many years a Human Resources Manager with a large international organisation, Edwina brings a wealth of expertise and experience into facilitating personal development and achieving business objectives.

Her success is directly related to the quality of her working relationships and the trust and respect established within those relationships. Her compassionate and energising approach builds a personal rapport that enables her to work at all levels within organisations in a style that is sometimes challenging, always encouraging and produces dynamic results.

Every year since 2000 Mark has been invited to join the tutor team for the Rotary Youth Leadership Award which gives young people between 17 and 27 the opportunity to transform their lives through an experiential leadership programme that stretches them mentally, physically and emotionally.

Natalie Holt

Natalie Holt - Executive Coach & Chartered Psychologist

Natalie is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and Qualified Coach. She has 10 years corporate experience working with organisations such as BT, Department for Work & Pensions, TMP, Capita, Energis and the NHS.

Natalie has designed and implemented a number of strategic development and coaching initiatives to dramatically enhance the development capability of these organisations and the experience then delivered to employees. Natalie has led a number of innovative programmes including most recently the design, launch and implementation of the internal coaching model at BT.

Natalie offers a wealth of knowledge and experience and offers advanced techniques in Cognitive Behavioural Coaching to address a full range of development requirements such as performance improvement, stress management and leadership development. In addition Natalie also offers observational coaching and psychometric assessment to enable accurate diagnosis of needs and ensure the long-term successful outcome for each client.

Natalie has a Business Management and Psychology Degree (Leeds University), a Masters in Occupational Psychology (Hertfordshire University), is a Qualified Coach (Middlesex University), is a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and on the BPS’s Special Group for Coaching Psychology.

Devin Wilson CPCC

Devin Wilson - Executive Coach

Devin Wilson is a dynamic coach who blends professional integrity, infectious energy, compassion, humour and curiosity with powerful insight and intuitive edge. His clients – whether individuals or organizations -- are adventurous, motivated and committed to achieving their goals.

As a coach and consultant, Devin works with executives, entrepreneurs, large corporations and private individuals in the United States and abroad.

Devin is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) through the Coaches Training Institute and a graduate of the Advanced Coach Training program at the Evolutionary Institute, a coach training and leadership development academy based in the UK. He is also an active member of the International Coach Federation.

In addition to being a coach, Devin worked for many years as an editor, business journalist and communications consultant in Sweden and the United States during which time he worked with Swedish IT and telecomm giant Ericsson; SKF, one of the world’s largest ballbearing manufacturers; and IBS, a logistics and supply-chain software maker.

Devin has a MA in international journalism from American University in Washington D.C. and a BA in Anthropology and Sociology from Kenyon College in Ohio.


Mirjam van Roon PCC

Mirjam van Roon - Executive Coach

Mirjam van Roon is a graduate of Coach University and a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation. She is qualified to deliver and interpret the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and uses the assessment extensively in coaching and training. In addition she trained with Nancy Kline in the Thinking Environment. She is an active member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and its London Chapter, as well as a member of the Association for Psychological Type.
She has recently joined the faculty at Coach University, where she teaches both introductory and advanced coaching skills to a new generation of coaches.

Mirjam combines analytical thinking with listening abilities, insightful questions, and a carefully established sense of intuition. As a coach, she believes in letting people find their own answers and tends to be non-directive, but will step in when necessary.

Personal background:
• Mirjam is widely traveled; born in The Netherlands, she has lived in The Netherlands, Italy, the USA and the UK. She is fluent in Dutch, English, Serbo-Croat, German and Italian and has a working knowledge of French and Spanish. She coaches clients worldwide, both face-to-face and by telephone.

Claire is a an experienced and accredited Executive Coach with 17 years corporate business experience which include extensive team leadership and project management both nationally and internationally. A graduate from CoachU and holding a post-graduate diploma in Advanced Executive Coaching, Claire is the current President of UK International Coach Federation.

Working with inspirational Leaders and taking an holistic approach in her coaching, Claire focuses on all aspects of personal development and leadership. She is described as professional and results-orientated, pragmatic, supportive, intuitive, enthusiastic and positive with a special blend of ‘lightness and energy’. Claire is also Myers-Briggs accredited and uses assessment and psychometric tools within her coaching depending on her clients’ needs.
