Breakfast networking session, Nairobi, Kenya
at Fairview Hotel, Nairobi

Top executives and other leaders can dramatically influence the financial performance of a business organization. Three key requisites for financial success and business performance are efficiency, adaptation, and human capital. A conscious and transformational approach to leadership can readily influence these performance indicators but only when the leader aligns their mindset and skillset in a way that feels authentic, natural and real to those they lead.
Google’s extensive research into what makes the best leaders, concluded that the number one skill involved in the most successful leadership was coaching.
A coaching style of leadership combines this mindset and skillset in a way that:
Enhances efficiency by creating a happy, productive, engaged workforce.
Supports adaptation by building trust and inner agility.
Maximises human capital by multiplying rather than diminishing the individual intelligences and creativity to maximise the collective.
Coaching is a cost-effective way of dramatically improving your organisational effectiveness. Come and hear about best practice in introducing coaching to your organisation and real case studies about how coaching impacts the bottomline.
