
Karen Staib Duffy has been a thought partner and collaborator for greater success for over 15 years. Her specialty is Developmental Coaching, with a focus on Strategic Coaching – practical and performance-based, and Ontological Coaching – concentrating on the development of Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and Leadership skills. Karen is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation and an Ontological Coach, certified through Newfield Network’s Coaching for Professional and Personal Mastery (CPPM).
Karen works globally with clients in a range of senior positions up to C-level and from a wide range of large corporations, non-profits and academia. She is adept at working concurrently with multiple layers of leadership within an organization, maintaining confidentiality and trust at all times. Her focus is on long-term results as she moves leaders to improve their current performance, prepare for promotion, and move into new roles and higher levels of responsibility.
Karen has an undergraduate degree from Northwestern University and an MBA from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business. Her prior career specialized in finance for over 20 years, where she was a Managing Director at a leading financial institution.
