Beyond “Leadership Development” as a cliche, there is a new paradigm emerging where personal leadership is actually an everyday event. Each individual can find their own expression of leadership and live in that space on a daily basis.
Most of the people who attend our programmes do so because they have seen the results in someone else. They contact us saying they have noticed a profound difference in a colleague and that the colleague has ascribed the change to working with us.
Some of these people are very senior business executives at board level or thereabouts – others are MDs, staff managers, salespeople and so on.
Leadership in this new millennium requires a deep personal awareness, a sense of personal power and an easy to spot alignment of behaviours with rhetoric and values.
Today’s employees are too sharp to be fooled by “management techniques” or “soft skills training” – and that’s why we don’t offer them in our programmes.
Instead we offer a mixture of coaching, self assessment and workshops that make the space and provide the challenge for people to identify what they mean by leadership and to grow into that definition.
