Katie Harvey is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation, an NLP practitioner, a qualified Coaching Supervisor and holds a BSc in Psychology. She has over 2500 hours of coaching experience both within corporations and with individuals and will be applying for Master Certified Coach accreditation in March of 2018. Katie trained with CoachU with whom she is now a designated Professional Mentor Coach, mentoring new students as they go through their training. She is passionate about standards in coaching and for that reason is on the Board of Directors for the UK ICF.
Katie has worked with clients within companies such as Orange, BBC, Microsoft, Eaton, Honeywell, Forward Thinking Inc., LogicaCMG, Natmags, BT and Accenture. She has also worked with many individuals within the NHS and charities such as The Terence Higgins Trust and Care International. Vedat Erol completed his undergraduate studies in English Literature and Language department of Ankara University and earned a M.A. degree in Human Resources Management and Development from Marmara University. He also attended the Defense Institute of Texas, United States and upon his return to Turkey, he worked as an officer trainer in the Turkish Armed Forces. After his retirement he started to work in the private sector in high level managerial positions and as human resources coordinator. He works as a leadership trainer and executive leadership coach.
Vedat Erol is the co-author of 5 books. Having a life goal of raising awareness in people through coaching, team coaching, trainings and conferences, Vedat Erol is deeply interested in human beings, human behavior, how people enrich and change their work and life outcomes, and how they can achieve greater success.
Thomas has been coaching and supporting Managers and teams across Europe for over 15 years, with a goal of maximizing their personal and professional potential. He enables individuals and teams to become more successful with increased well-being and able to achieve sustainable and measurable results.
As well as running Corporate Potential training courses in Europe, Thomas also lectures in Leadership and Team Coaching at the University of Applied Sciences for Management in Vienna. He works with clients in English and German and is an ICF Professional Certified Coach, Mentor Coach and Coaching Supervisor.

Karen is exactly the type of person you want at the head of any project – organised and efficient, but more importantly, warm, friendly and prepared to let the others feel they are in charge! She has been working in the coaching industry for over 10 years and almost as long for Corporate Potential. Her excellent organisational skills enable her to support Lisa and the rest of the team with the day to day running of the business but she has a far more important role than that. She started her career in consulting and expanded her portfolio to include leadership development, training and facilitation of complex organizational transformations. She is the co-founder of CoachingSchool Amsterdam who provides state of the art coach training and resources in The Netherlands. Annemarie inspires by bringing focus, challenge and a deep understanding of her clients to her work with leaders. She works globally from her base in Utrecht/The Netherlands.
Annemarie holds a Master’s degree in Clinical & Industrial Psychology and a certificate in Rational Emotive Coaching and Counselling. She is an accredited Master Certified Coach (MCC) with ICF and a Master Practitioner with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. She is co-author of a well received book about coaching: “The 11 coach competencies in word and image” (title translated from Dutch), published in October 2016. Adeyanju is a graduate of Industrial Chemistry from University of Ibadan, Nigeria and holds an MBA from Centre for Technology Policy in affliction with Federal University of Technology, Akure, Nigeria. She has attended business and leadership programs at IMD, Lausanne; Lagos Business School; Chartered Institute of Public Relations, UK as well as a slew of technical and soft skills training within The Coca-Cola System.

Edyta started her coaching career in 2002 becoming the second in Poland ICF certified coach in February 2006.
