Karen is exactly the type of person you want at the head of any project – organised and efficient, but more importantly, warm, friendly and prepared to let the others feel they are in charge! She has been working in the coaching industry for over 10 years and almost as long for Corporate Potential. Her excellent organisational skills enable her to support Lisa and the rest of the team with the day to day running of the business but she has a far more important role than that. She is the glue that holds everything together, maintaining a clearsighted overview and being a welcoming and clarifying bridge between clients and the coaching team.
Karen has extensive experience in Training, Event Organising & Management and HR – mainly gained in the Banking and Utilities sectors. She has great communication skills, a good eye for detail and loves new projects and challenges. So working for Corporate Potential is a perfect fit!
