Kathi is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation and has a background in talent management, leadership development and business process improvement.
Kathi has worked in companies such as Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Cummins, Eaton, and Honeywell. She has coached individuals at all levels: from individual contributor to CEO – and with teams – from production operators to C-suite leaders driving multi-billion dollar strategic plans. She specialises in helping her clients recognise the opportunities in change, challenge, and transition. She is particularly interested in building on her own experience living and working in eight countries on four continents to support her clients, and their families, to succeed in cross-cultural and international transitions.
