We work with each individual, team or company to design bespoke programmes for them, but a frequent pattern for leadership coaching is:

~ Individual coaching sessions to bring out your unique leadership style & presence and areas for development – your “Leadership Blueprint”
~ A further 360′ to assess and measure progress
~ Personal development plan for further steps.
We can work with individuals or teams, but either way, each person will create their individual Leadership Blueprint, part of which is a full personal development plan.
“The First Ninety Days” is a coaching approach to helping new leaders fit easily and quickly into their new role. We will work as a confidential sounding board with the new leader or manager; supporting them in identifying and establishing their personal brand of leadership and integrating it into the company culture. At the end of the programme, they will have created an ongoing Leadership Blueprint – a personal development plan that will take them through the remainder of their first year and beyond.
