Katie Harvey is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation, an NLP practitioner, a qualified Coaching Supervisor and holds a BSc in Psychology. She has over 2500 hours of coaching experience both within corporations and with individuals and will be applying for Master Certified Coach accreditation in March of 2018. Katie trained with CoachU with whom she is now a designated Professional Mentor Coach, mentoring new students as they go through their training. She is passionate about standards in coaching and for that reason is on the Board of Directors for the UK ICF.
Katie has worked with clients within companies such as Orange, BBC, Microsoft, Eaton, Honeywell, Forward Thinking Inc., LogicaCMG, Natmags, BT and Accenture. Edwina Neale is an experienced and fully accredited coach who has inspired many individuals and organisations to achieve business excellence and personal fulfilment. For many years a Human Resources Manager with a large international organisation, Edwina brings a wealth of expertise and experience into facilitating personal development and achieving business objectives.
Her success is directly related to the quality of her working relationships and the trust and respect established within those relationships. She has a business background of more than 20 years in financial services, originally qualifying and working as an actuary in insurance and banking organisations both in the UK and Australia.
Broadening her business experience Hilary moved into marketing, working as a consultant and sitting on the Board of City Financial Marketing.
In this role she advised a number of banks and building societies on their new insurance launch strategies. She also developed marketing strategies and product launches for many financial services organisations.
In recent years Hilary has supported organisations such as GAM, Zurich Financial Services, KPMG, Lloyd’s, AXA and Disney on cultural, business, motivational and inter-relationship issues with both individuals and teams. Her passion in working as a coach and facilitator is to be a catalyst for transformational change so that the individuals and teams she works with can make a real difference for themselves and their organisations.
Hilary is recognised as a ‘Master Certified Coach’ by The International Coaching Federation and is an accredited Coach Supervisor. She is a Master Practitioner in neuro-linguistic programming. She is trained to deliver many Large Group methods and also regularly speaks at conferences on leadership, communication and related subjects.
Claire is a an experienced and accredited Executive Coach with 17 years corporate business experience which include extensive team leadership and project management both nationally and internationally. A graduate from CoachU and holding a post-graduate diploma in Advanced Executive Coaching, Claire is the current President of UK International Coach Federation.

Vedat Erol completed his undergraduate studies in English Literature and Language department of Ankara University and earned a M.A. degree in Human Resources Management and Development from Marmara University. He also attended the Defense Institute of Texas, United States and upon his return to Turkey, he worked as an officer trainer in the Turkish Armed Forces. After his retirement he started to work in the private sector in high level managerial positions and as human resources coordinator. He works as a leadership trainer and executive leadership coach.
Vedat Erol is the co-author of 5 books. Having a life goal of raising awareness in people through coaching, team coaching, trainings and conferences, Vedat Erol is deeply interested in human beings, human behavior, how people enrich and change their work and life outcomes, and how they can achieve greater success.
Thomas has been coaching and supporting Managers and teams across Europe for over 15 years, with a goal of maximizing their personal and professional potential. He enables individuals and teams to become more successful with increased well-being and able to achieve sustainable and measurable results.
As well as running Corporate Potential training courses in Europe, Thomas also lectures in Leadership and Team Coaching at the University of Applied Sciences for Management in Vienna. Karen is exactly the type of person you want at the head of any project – organised and efficient, but more importantly, warm, friendly and prepared to let the others feel they are in charge! Dancan is a seasoned entrepreneur, mentor and coach, with over 10 years of experience in the experiential learning, Training & Coaching spaces.
Dancan has a background in Social Sciences (Psychology & Sociology), is a Certified Organizational Effectiveness Coach, a Certified Public Speaking and Presentations Coach and a Certified Master Mentor for Entrepreneurs by Start Up Cup.
